Style & Soul is an online retailer of bespoke, chosen home wares curated by stylist Maree Peary. Our task was to refresh the website in a way that showcased Maree’s passion for distinctive, stylish soft furnishings, attracted new clients to her business, and improved the usability and purchase process of the integrated e-commerce section.
We fixed a number of issues with the existing WordPress site, and updated the design, colour palette and image selection. Despite the presence of a number of plug-ins, we were able to improve the user experience for a smoother online purchase journey, enhancing the website’s speed on both desktop and mobile devices, and optimized all content for search engines.
In the client’s own words, “we breathed new life into the website”. The substantial improvements in design, functionality and speed negated the need for a completely new website.
